Armen Gabrielyan
Mr. Gabrielyan has got extensive experience in the market of agricultural credit investments. He was among the founding staff of ACBA Bank that started in 1995. Serving the needs of farmers for financial resources Mr. Gabrielyan managed and coordinated different regional branches of ACBA Bank until 2004.
In 1991 after Armenia became independent he was engaged in the land privatization process. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Gabrielyan was the head of Yeghegnadzor regional office of the Ministry of Social Security and Migration of the Republic of Armenia.
In 2005 Mr. Gabrieyan joined the Center of Agribusiness and Rural Development Foundation as the Head of Loan Department. He had a key role in creating a financial institution based on cooperative principles and farm credit practices in Armenia.
Mr. Gabrielyan worked as the Project Coordinator until 18 September, 2007 when he was named to the position of Chef Executive Officer/President of Farm Credit Armenia according to the decision made by the Board of Directors in February 22, 2007. Mr. Gabrielyan has a master`s degree in Law, Political Science and French Language Philology. He had trainings on both banking and law in the U.S., France and Japan.
Before joining Farm Credit Armenia Mr. Petrosyan worked at ACBA Bank as the Manager of Tavush branch (2004-2007), Tavush marz Regional Manager (2002-2004), Senior Loan Officer of Vayots Dzor branch (1999-2002). From 1998 to 1999 he worked as a Senior Specialist of the Planning and Forecasting Department at Vayots Dzor marz Regional Administration. In 1993 he graduated from the YerevanStateUniversity, the Department of Mathematics.
Hrant Yeghiazaryan graduated from the YerevanStateAgriculturalAcademy, the Department of Economics in 1998. Before joining Farm Credit Armenia Mr. Yeghiazaryan worked at Center of Agribusiness and Rural Development foundation as a Senior Loan Officer from 2005 to 2007, at ACBA Bank Shirak branch as a Senior Loan Officer (2004-2005), and as a Loan Officer for the same branch from 2001 to 2004.
Mr. Mosinyan has more than 12 years` working experience in the financial industry of Armenia. From 1996 to 1997 he worked as a loan officer first at Credit Service then at Jrambar State Enterprise. From 1999 to 2006 Mr. Mosinyan worked at ACBA Bank. He served as a chief accountant in four different branches of the bank. Mr. Mosinyan has been the chief accountant of Farm Credit Armenia from 2006. He had trainings at U. S. Farm Credit System.
Mr. Avagyan has more than ten years experience in the finance/banking industry of Armenia. Starting from 1998 he worked at ACBA Bank Vayots Dzor, then Shirak and Syunik branches, first as a cashier, then as a chief accountant. Before that Mr. Avagyan was the chief accountant at Water Supply and Sewerage of Armenia CJSC Vayots Dzor Branch. From 2008 Mr. Avagyan is the Head of Internal Audit Department at Farm Credit.
