The highest authority of governance of Farm Credit Armenia is the General Meeting. The General Meeting elects the Board of Directors the authorities and obligations of which are provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia and the bylaws of the Organization. The Board Members individually do not have a right to act on behalf of the organization.
The executive body of the organization is the Chief Executive Officer who is also the President of the organization. He manages current activities of the organization and reports to the Board of Directors and General Meeting.
The rights and obligations of the governance bodies of Farm Credit Armenia are stated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia and bylaws of the organization.
