Farm Credit Armenia UCO CC net income can be either directed to the statutory capital of the organization (to serve the development of the organization) or disbursed as patronage refund to the members.

The organization can declare patronage refunds as a result of annual profits.

Decisions about patronage refunds are made by the General Meeting after the recommendation of the Board of Directors.

Patronage refunds are made only in case if the current year was closed with net income.

Until 2012 the net income of Farm Credit Armenia will be directed to the capital to secure the sustainable development of the organization.
