1. In accordance with clause 18.6. of the company’s Charter “Profits of Credit Organization will be directed to the replenishment of statutory capital or to special reserves for development purposes up to 2012”.

             2. In accordance with Part 4, Article 43 of RA Law on “Banks and Banking Activities” each member-borrower of “Farm Credit Armenia” UCO CC is entitled to receive the copies of organization’s annual financial statement and conclusion of External Audit.

            Each member-borrower having 2 and more percent participation in statutory capital of “Farm Credit Armenia” UCO CC, is entitled to get the information or copies of documents stipulated in parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of RA Law on “Banks and Banking Activities”.

The above mentioned information is provided to the customer by the Credit Organization for free within 3 working days after receiving his/her application in a written form. The application may be presented in the following forms:

 Compensation size of Credit Organization Board members, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer received during the previous year.

Information on loans and other borrowings (including repaid ones) extended by the Organization to Board members, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Credit Organization and persons related to them.
